A wonderful article about how simple tools/solutions created by the people who are gonna be using them can work.
If this had been the it industry someone would have tried to sell his manager an “Entreprise Continuity Solution” with a zillion options to consider, backup systems, service contracts and legal mumble jumbo.
Instead he just bought an ibook with iphoto and created a really simple solution that works in the real world.
