Me – the terrorist?
Called IBM regarding my old faulty ibm thinkpad. After giving my contact information i out of nowhere got the question “Are you a terrorist?” – i stumbled an “Aeeh, No!” answer – only to get the follow up question “Are you sure?”. The guy then proceeded by checking my name against a a database of known terrorists.
That’s what it takes to get computer support these days!
