A new record this week:
Got seven direct mail offers from real estate agents this week all stating something close to “we’ve got a buyer for your apartment ready”. Hey, shouldn’t the economy be cooling off?
The weird and irritating part is that each time your mind takes a tour around the question – that marketing stuff can be effective
